Application Requirements

To be eligible for the $1,000 Dr. Lynn Puana Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Path: Must be an undergraduate student on a pre-medical track or a graduate student currently enrolled in an accredited Medical (MD), Dental (DDS/DMD), or Osteopathic (DO) program.
